Brian and Michael Voltaggio are two chefs who have managed to inspire me greatly just from the little bit i know of them. Watching Top Chef season 6 kick-started my passion for cooking; in particular, Michael’s deconstructed caeser salad was my first real glimpse of molecular cooking. I will surely be picking up a copy of their new book, VOLT ink, soon. VOLT ink.: Recipes, Stories, Brothers
