Edmonton’s High School Cooking Competition, Organized by the CCFCC and NAIT. 39 Students worked extremely hard to prepare a three course meal, these are some of the plates! The winners will be announced at an awards luncheon on March 7th, Tickets are available. All money raised will go to scholarships for several of these students.
This is “Fata” plastic, which can withstand ultra high heat. This allows it to be used as atransparent replacement for parchment paper in cooking.

Just finished my first practice for Culinary Team Alberta. It was an incredible experience; it was very time consuming and stressful yet it felt so amazing to finish the piece and present it. Now, 5 or 50 more practices and then the Culinary Olympics in Oct. 2012!
